Plans
Plans are 30-day passes paid once through Razorpay (₹) or PayPal ($). They never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: when a pass ends, your workspace becomes read-only until you renew, and your data is kept.
Full refund within 7 days of payment if no AI interview minutes or resume screenings have been used on the plan.
Once usage has started, the plan isn't refundable, because every interview minute and screening has a real AI cost for us.
Top-ups
Unused top-ups (interview minutes, screenings or seats) are refundable within 7 days of purchase.
If something goes wrong on our side
If an interview fails because of a technical problem with Chayan, we restore the minutes it used. Tell us the candidate and time and we'll check the interview log.
If you were charged twice for the same item, we refund the duplicate in full.
How to request a refund
Email us with the workspace name and the payment ID (Razorpay pay_… or PayPal transaction ID). We reply within one business day.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually reach you in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. If money was deducted for a failed payment, Razorpay or PayPal reverses it automatically.
